Simply search “MyACUVUE” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, visit acuvue.com.au/myacuvue and scan the QR code you see on the screen.

You must be over 18 to sign-up to MyACUVUE®. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, parental consent is required. You must have a registered Australian mobile number in order to access MyACUVUE®.

No, MyACUVUE® is free to join.

You need to select your preferred optical store participating in the MyACUVUE® program. You will earn 10 points per RRP value spent on ACUVUE® contact lenses. Accumulated points can then be redeemed for ACUVUE® Rewards (discounts off your next ACUVUE® contact lens purchase) or Lifestyle Rewards (retail vouchers). T&Cs apply.

Your points expire 12 months from when they were collected. Check the “Rewards” tab to see how many points are due to expire in the following month.

Tap the “Rewards” tab, followed by “Wallet”. Your Welcome Reward is located here. Otherwise, give it a few minutes before the Reward appears in your wallet.

If you delete and reinstall the MyACUUVE® app on the same mobile device and number, you will return as an existing member, meaning you will not receive the Welcome Reward again. Note that points expire 12 months from when they were acquired.

Each account is unique. We deliver an experience personalised to the individual so that you can get the most out of your ACUVUE® contact lenses. Having multiple members under one account will not provide you with the best experience. All new users of MyACUVUE® receive a Welcome Reward. Combining members under one account means you will only receive this once.

You can only select one Optical Store at a time.

Please email [email protected] to change your Optical Store. Note that a new store may charge you eye examination and contact lens fitting fees, so always enquire at the store.

Tap“settings” in MyACUVUE® to disable notifications. Alternatively, you can disable notifications in your phone’s settings menu.

No. Points are not transferrable to another member or redeemed for cash.
